Description
Classic method brut rosé sparkling wine from the Trento DOC appellation, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ferrari, a historic Trentino winery founded in 1902. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. 2018 vintage, Riserva. At least 5 years on selected yeasts from Ferrari’s own cultures. Extremely fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet, dominated by elegant notes of berries. The pleasant fragrances of rose and raspberry give way to toasted notes of biscuit and candied orange. Delicate antique pink color. Precious and velvety, supported by an excellent structure that highlights the typical characteristics of Pinot Noir. It is enriched with a delicate note of spice, sweet almond, and yeast. The finish is long and persistent.
