Description
A classic method sparkling rosé produced by Dubl, a company founded by Feudi di San Gregorio. 2015 vintage, 12.5% ABV, 100% Aglianico. A rosé born from the union of Irpinia tradition and the technique of bottled sparkling wine, with the aim of offering an original interpretation of the terroir. Aged on the lees in bottle for 90 months. The aroma evokes small red fruits, raspberry and morello cherry, followed by medlar, marzipan, and ginger biscuits. A brilliant rose gold color. On the palate, it is inviting yet austere, evoking the aromas of fruit and spice, with a warm, dry, rounded, and very persistent finish.
