Fireside Straight Bourbon is aged a minimum of 2 years in new American Oak #3 char barrels. We source Colorado corn, Colorado rye and Midwestern malted barley, add our home-grown yeast and distill in a custom copper still. Smoky notes, with smooth and robust flavor. Perfect for drinking around a fire with friends.
