Still organic white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Elisabetta Foradori. 100% Manzoni Bianco. 1.5L magnum format, 2018 vintage. A wine born from Elisabetta Foradori’s passion for native grape varieties and biodynamics. Fermentation with maceration on the skins in concrete tanks. Aged in acacia barrels for 12 months. The nose reveals a truly profound fruit intensity, with notes of dried apple, peach, and mango that blend into a complex and captivating bouquet. A straw-yellow color heralds a taste of great balance and persistence. Full-bodied and balanced, it offers a satisfying palate, characterized by a light mineral aftertaste.
