Description
A white sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, produced by Foss Marai, a historic Veneto winery. This wine is born from a masterful blend of Chardonnay, Glera, and Sauvignon Blanc, aged partly in small barrels using micro-oxygenation and partly in stainless steel. Characterized by a delicate bouquet of yellow fruit and wildflowers, with hints of bell pepper, it delivers a remarkably full flavor with a pleasant, lingering finish. A tribute to the Italian sparkling wine tradition.
