This wine has a unique character and elegance to it. You can tell that the wine will have excellent aging potential. It has beautiful acidity and is juicy and light in its current youth. However, the character that stands behind the wine is there right from the nose, yellow-red apples and some citrus—a very herbal and salty aroma. Sage and rosemary freshness with more herbal notes, and we must say there is a slight root beer hint on the finish – which is just, boom, mindblowing!Cheers
