Though rich and densely structured, this red is also bracing and expressive, with black cherry, blackberry, earth, almond and juniper flavors accented by hints of oak. Finishes on the firm side. Drink now through 2027. 400 cases made, 50 cases imported.
Winery Notes
COLOR: Ruby red color with purple highlights. NOSE: Intense, complex bouquet on the nose with aromas of red berries typical of the variety. Hints of strawberry, cherry and sour cherries in alcohol. FLAVOR: Velvety, harmonious and fresh on the palate with sustained acidity and a great, agreeable finish. Good balance between fruity aromas and alcoholic warmth.
