Description
Very nicely captured fragrance here, plus subtly complex minerals and lemon/lime notes with a yeasty thread too; very pure. The palate’s built in subtle layers, with initial crisp lemon and grapefruit flavors wrapped in toasty grilled almonds. Really fine, delicate and focused.
