Brut rosé champagne, classic method, Grand Cru, from the Champagne region of France, no vintage indicated, produced by Georges Vesselle. Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to his passion for his village of Bouzy and his passion for Champagne. Fine and persistent perlage. Red fruit is the first to appear on the nose, with intense aromas that slowly reveal subtle mineral and ferrous notes and hints reminiscent of yeast. Intense rosé color. Medium-bodied, with an expressive palate that plays on freshness and minerality.
