Description
Classic method sparkling wine without dosage from the Trento DOC appellation, 12.5% ABV, produced by Giulio Larcher – Maso Corno. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Trento DOC that originates on the slopes of the Lessini Mountains, in an area where the vines thrive thanks to dolomitic-calcareous soils and ideal exposure. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes that reflect the long aging on the lees. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, pleasant, and persistent, with fine bubbles and vibrant acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, but also throughout the meal, to accompany fish dishes or white meats.
