Still organic red Côtes du Rhône AOC, 15% ABV, 100% Grenache, produced by Gramenon in the Rhône region. Vintage 2022. A wine born from Gramenon’s passion and dedication, with a history rooted in a unique terroir, where Grenache expresses all its elegance and freshness. Maceration for 15 days in concrete tanks. Harvested partially destemmed. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Light addition of sulphite after malolactic fermentation, depending on the vintage. Aged for 12 months in barrels and demi-muids.
