Still red wine, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 12% ABV, produced by Grawu. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. Grawü is a combination of the producers’ surnames, a family project that aims to simply and sincerely reflect the flavor and beauty of this Alpine region. Spontaneously fermented with whole grapes and stems, it is then aged for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
