Description
A very pretty pale copper color, this is all Grenache, fermented and aged in concrete (80%) and stainless steel. The aromas start out brooding, with notes of mineral, strawberry, grapefruit and melon rind. The palate is light, bright, textured and delicious, with citrus rind flavors on the finish.
