Region: Marche, Italy
Grapes: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon
Production and harvest: production per plant 1.5-2 kg – late harvest with grape selection.
Vinification and fermentation: long maceration and controlled fermentation. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels and another 6-8 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Wine of intense ruby red color and persistent structure. It is elegant and complex with aromas of violets, vanilla, cocoa, spices and menthol tobacco.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
We recommend uncorking it for at least 1 hour
before serving.
