Description
Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Henri Giraud in the Champagne region of France. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne expression that celebrates the excellence of the Aÿ terroir, with a particular focus on purity and elegance. Vinified and aged in oak barrels containing 3 to 6 wines, with 1/3 of the wine being a perpetual reserve. Aged for at least 2 years on the lees. The bouquet is characterized by fruity aromas, accompanied by vanilla notes that blend into a fine perlage. On the palate, the wine is fresh and finishes persistently.
