VINIFICATION Manual harvest. Mechanical destemming followed by a sorting on a table. Fermentation in oak barrels. Manual daily pumping over. Maceration time 15-20 days. Aging in one year old barrels.COMMENTARY Deep, almost black color, with an attractive luster. There are aromas of cocoa and licorice, accompanying a powerful bouquet with hazelnut and toasted walnut notes. The palate is elegant and harmonious, the tannins present but balanced.
