He set up his illicit still in a bothy a small stone hut at High Park, Kirkwall thats still the site of our distillery today. And, while we say Highland Park was founded in 1798, in truth thats just the year that the authorities caught up with Magnushe was certainly making whisky beforethat!We stay true to our founders bold and uncompromising approach to whisky makingvery little has changed here in the last 220 years.
