Description
Stafford Hill is a project by the team at Holloran Vineyards. They source the fruit from the same vineyards as their eponymous wines and employ the same traditional winemaking techniques.
The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir made in the fashion of traditional Burgundy. It’s destemmed, fermented using native yeasts, and aged in neutral French oak. It’s aromatic and lifted, presenting ripe red cherry and crushed roses with forest floor accenting the nose. The palate is lush with ripe red fruit and fine-grained tannins.
Enjoy with weeknight roast chicken or mushroom pasta carbonara and creamy cheeses
