Description
Dry sparkling rosé made using the ancestral method, produced by I Piccoli Vignaioli in Emilia-Romagna. 0.75 L bottle, 12% ABV, 100% Sangiovese. A wine born from a passion for wine and a connection to the land, with a history rooted in Roman times. Fermentation occurs twice, with a second spontaneous fermentation in the bottle that produces a light and lively perlage. Aromatic notes of great freshness, reminiscent of peach blossoms. Light, fresh, easy but not banal, it accompanies the drink to the end.
