Description
Still red Valpolicella Superiore, produced by Casa Sartori 1898 in Veneto. Blend: 60% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Corvinone, 10% Croatina. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A wine that tells the story of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1898. Aromas of berries, from blackcurrant to blackberry jam, with undertones of tobacco and light leather. A light bouquet of dried flowers is noticeable, well integrated with the wood, which shines through in notes of wild licorice. Deep red with good intensity. Well-balanced on the palate, with good structure and structure. Repeating sensations of vanilla and cherry/black cherry blend linger in the aftertaste.
