Soil: Yellow soil, medium texture soils, tending to compact, interspersed with limey tufa Year of planting: 2000. Planting system: Low trained on wires system, spur pruned cordon Vine density: 2.600 per acre Harvest: second half of September
Winemaking Notes:
Vinification: 15 days macerations at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aging: 6 months in tank
