The analysis of this pure wine began in 2004 and only after reassuring examples of its longevity and freshness was it decided to start marketing it from the 2013 vintage. It is certainly a modern wine, in line with today’s cosmopolitan gastronomic requirements, that knows how to unite undoubted qualities of finesse, elegance and softness with sensations of infinite freshness and drinking pleasure, so much so that it revisits the historical white wine tradition of this area, skilfully redesigning a modern wine geography.
