Still white Soave Classico DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Inama, 2022 vintage. 100% Garganega. A Soave Classico that expresses the purity of the fruit and the typical characteristics of the terroir, with a history dating back to 1965. The label features a scientific study of the lunar eclipse, a rather rare event, yet visible to the naked eye. Vinification involves destemming and a “non-reducing” process, without the addition of SO2. The grapes macerate on the skins for 8 hours. Aged for 6 months in barriques and large barrels, then in stainless steel. The palate is a succession of fresh and savory sensations, featuring white flowers and notes of cedar with hints of flint. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes, delicate first courses, and fresh cheeses.
