Extra Brut Classic Method Champagne, produced by Jacques Rousseaux, from the Verzenay region of Champagne. 100% Pinot Noir. A wine that expresses the excellence of the Champagne terroir, with particular attention to purity and elegance. On the nose, vegetal notes are complemented by notes of humus, vanilla, and iodine. Bright straw yellow with light golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is silky, accompanied by saline and iodine notes, and notes of dried fruit and candied fruit.
