Jean-Luc Mouillard is an independent winegrower with 11 hectares of vines in three different appellations: Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura and Étoile. This passionate winegrower practices integrated viticulture in his various plots with determination and respect for the environment. This exceptional white wine is the result of an ideal combination of two grape varieties: Chardonnay and Savagnin. The nose is powerful, with fruity aromas of fresh almonds and dried fruit. The palate is silky with a slight acidity. L’Étoile selection is a perfect illustration of Jura know-how!
