Still white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13.5% ABV, produced by Jermann. Blend: Friulano/Sauvignon Vert, Picolit, Ribolla Gialla. 0.75L bottle, 2013 vintage. A wine that celebrates the history of the Jermann family, with a winemaking process that enhances the elegance and complexity of the native grape varieties. Fermented in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels for 12-16 months and released two years after harvest. Intense and complex aromas with notes of ripe local and tropical fruit and dried flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom, and passionflower emerge. Beautiful, bright and sparkling golden yellow. Velvety on the palate, with perfect balance, a delicate aromatic quality, and infinite persistence.
