Bright and pale yellow with green reflects. On the nose, mineral with citrus flowers. Fresh, dry and mineral, with grapefruit flavors.
This Riesling goes well with fish, shellfish and raw food. It can also be enjoyed with white meats and fresh goat cheese. Traditionally in Alsace, it is enjoyed with choucroute.

This is a lean, angular wine on both nose and palate. It’s driven by pithy lemon, stony minerality and a bit of salinity, with a slight pinprick sensation on the tongue. Alive and electric, it pulsates with acidity that is flavorful, not sharp. Adding softness is the hint of a brioche note that will hopefully develop with age. Serve this as an aperitif to make mouths water.
