Still white wine from Alto Adige, 14% ABV, produced by Kettmeir. 100% Pinot Grigio, 2024 vintage. A Pinot Grigio that expresses the freshness and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir, with an elegance that makes it perfect for any occasion. The grapes, hand-picked at full ripeness, are delicately processed with soft pressing to prevent the coppery pigments typical of the variety from migrating into the must. Fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 17-18 degrees C. Intoxicating aromas of white-fleshed fruit, primarily pear and ripe apple, with floral and citrus nuances. Bright straw-yellow color. On the palate, it unfolds dynamic and energetic, with freshness dictating the pace and savory flavors supporting the aromatic symphony that finishes with tropical notes.
