Description
This Cava is easy to drink with an oh-so-slight hint of sweetness; that could be due to the overall fruitiness of the wine that allows a perception of sugar in the wine. Bottom-line? The wine is just a joy to drink and its not difficult to do either. Cava is typically served to begin a party or meal; you know its the aperitif. I like it with the meal. Shellfish and fried-chicken are two favorites.
