Description
Concentrated bouquet of nuts, caramel, tangy citrus fruit and plenty of spicy oak. Rich, complex and dry flavours of simnel cake, caraway and almond, a touch of marzipan and lovely soft molasses. Not too sweet, the honeyed notes matched by lithe acidity on the long finish.
