Description
Copper-colored and rosy, this is a pét-nat sparkling made of Pinot Gris and Auxerrois, two Alsace varieties that give spice, herbal qualities, and ruddy, hearty stone fruit flavors. Fresh but potent, this is a ‘dark’ pét-nat with character — a really interesting example of the variety of sparkling wines possible in Alsace’s highly varied terroir.
