Description
For a long time we wanted to produce a second wine of Chateau Le Bon Pasteur. This is finally done today. LEtoile is born. Every year, we harvest the grapes from the young vines and replacement vines separately. This wine reflects the terroir but less profound than those from the old vines. We developed this wine as we have imagined, tender, cheerful, delicious. A real pleasure to taste.
