This Cabernet Franc shows deep and intense red colours with black hints, which show its concentration. Aromatically it is honest, balanced and harmonic, and the unmistakable virtues of wood grant notes of coffee and smoke. It is possible to perceive mineral aromas like flint and emery, which emphasize the aroma complexity. Finally, in the mouth, the characteristic structure of this varietal stands out, with robust but soft and gentle tannins. The fruit, typical of the Uco Valley, is harmoniously combined with the oak, granting a kind sensation despite its concentration, and a long and intense ending. Excellent partner to red meat and rich fish dishes.
