Nebbiolo grapes, a wonderful native grape from the small town of Grinzane Cavour in Piedmont. These vines are between 40 and 65 years old and possess excellent vigor thanks to their favorable southern, southeast, and southwest exposure, as well as their location on calcareous soil 280 meters above sea level. The grapes used to make Barolo Campè ferment in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for approximately 7-8 days, while the wine is aged in medium-toasted barriques for 22-24 months.
