Still organic red wine from the Langhe DOC, 14% ABV, produced by La Spinetta. 100% Nebbiolo, a wine that embodies the Piedmontese tradition. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. La Spinetta, founded in 1977, is synonymous with excellence in Piedmontese winemaking. Alcoholic fermentation for 7-8 days in temperature-controlled rotofermenters, malolactic fermentation in barriques. Aged in second-use medium-toasted French oak barriques for 12 months. Bottling: the wine is transferred to steel tanks where it remains for 2 months before bottling, followed by a further 12 months in bottle. No filtration or fining. Hints of dried rose petals, berries, and plums. Ruby red color. Balanced and powerful, it reveals silky tannins and a long finish.
