A high-toned nose displays citrus blossom, baked apple, creamy nutmeg, and hints of fennel root, citrus and flint. The round, rich palate bursts with green pear, white peach, and mandarin, with notes of almond and anise. The finish is long and lush with crisp acidity.

Production has doubled on this excellent blend. It’s loaded with tangy fruit flavors of peach, nectarine and green banana. Fermentation included 40% done in concrete, which brings some drying minerality, and the rest in a mix of new and neutral French oak, which helps to soften the profile. There’s a nice touch of butter as the finish fades out.
