Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Les Chemins d’Avize Extra Brut, classic method, 12.5% ABV, produced by Larmandier-Bernier. 100% Chardonnay, 0.75 L bottle, 2016 vintage. A Champagne that celebrates the excellence of the Côte des Blancs, with grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards. Natural alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in wooden barrels and vats. The wines are left on their natural lees for almost a year and undergo batonnage, but without any filtering or fining. On the nose, fruity aromas are accompanied by notes of bread crust.
