Description
The Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG that we produce comes exclusively from grapes harvested on our estate in Giavera del Montello, a beautiful unspoilt hilly area in the north of the province of Treviso. The biodiversity we preserve in our vineyards has also allowed us to select an indigenous yeast with which we ferment and sparkle all our Prosecco, so as to enrich it with all the character of its territory of origin. A Prosecco that is decidedly superior in structure and complexity.
