The Louis Jadot Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from an balanced blend of Cote d’Or, Saone et Loire Mercurey, Buxy and Irancy.VINEYARD INFORMATIONCote de Nuits, Saone et Loire and Irancy ill bring deep tannins while Cote de Beaune will bring more fruitiness.VINIFICATION AND MATURATIONDifferent wines are sourced, vinied and aged in stainless steel vats in order to keep their fruitiness and freshness.
