Ageing: 5 to 15 years
Tasting:Serve at between 12 and 14°C. Swirl the glass before tasting to allow the wine to breathe. This wine has aromas of grapefruit, stone and flowers. It is a tight, dense wine of outstanding purity and remarkable minerality. It is enhanced by notes of white-fleshed fruit.
