At Bodega Magnus wines are given time to rest, to mature, to evolve. Winemaker Liz Magnus loves Cabernet’s fierce structure and feral attitude in its youth, but she will not release a wine until its wild character has been tamed. This masterfully crafted blend has aromas of grenadine and salty sea breezes. When it hits the palate it has flavors of tobacco, honey, and a touch of lime.
