Brut sparkling wine from the heart of Franciacorta, produced by Montenisa (Antinori). Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Pinot Noir. 1.50L magnum format. A Franciacorta that embodies the elegance and sophistication of the Italian classic method. The Montenisa Estate, owned by the Maggi family, is located south of Lake Iseo. The second fermentation in the bottle on the lees took place over the following 36 months. The nose reveals notes of white peach, bread crust, and yeast, anticipating a creamy and persistent finish.
