100% Sangiovese from 45 year old Umbrian vines grown on marl, limestone and clay soil. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel and fiberglass. 80% aged in neutral oak, 20% in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered.
