Bright and lean with Granny Smith apple skins, Yuzu and underride apricot on the front. Fresh squeezed lemon juice layered over fleshy pineapple, almond hulls, and subtle white pepper. Mouthwatering salinity interlaced with a hint of caramel, and bracing acidity throughout.
