Description
Matthiasson’s village Cab is a blend of wines from multiple vineyards throughout Napa Valley, from Calistoga down to Carneros, all of which were organically farmed, fermented, and aged at the estate. An exercise in patience and restraint allows this Cab to show off earthy qualities with wet clay, eucalyptus and herbs. The predominantly neutral barrel aging allows the restrained fruit to show clean and pure with tannins that are supremely integrated.
