The excellent quality of this dry, sparkling red wine is certainly due to the richness of the fertile
clayey soils typical of its native area: the hills and high plains of Emilia. Produced exclusively with
Salamino grapes, a famous red grape of considerable value, the wine is born and matures on the La Rampata Estate in the province of Reggio Emilia, a land warmed by the sun in the summer and moistened by an enveloping fog in the coldest periods. Grown using the
spurred cordon method and then fermented naturally in steel barrels, the grapes for this sparkling red wine retain their nuances of flavor and organoleptic properties intact. Fresh and lively, Lambrusco Reggiano Concerto wine is best enjoyed young, after
aging for a maximum of two years.
