Merkin Vineyards Chupacabra Blanca is a single vineyard white blend from Willcox, Arizona. Yes, Arizona! Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling are fermented separately and then blended together for a few months before bottling. Meant to be drunk with a healthy thirst and no pretension. A melange of bright minerality, freshly mown grass, dandelion, chives, Granny Smith apple, and lemon zest.
