Kaefferkopf Pinot Gris presents a complex nose mixing together spices, dry fruit and some smoky notes. The finish is full and robust, with a quite dry character. This is the archetypical Pinot Gris for the table, with white meats, poultry and terrines.

This dry pinot gris is a full straw color, but smells very fresh and bright with a slew of summer-meadow and ripe-melon character, plus more restrained notes of cooked pear and honeycomb. Rich and suave, with a dangerously silky texture that makes this one hard to resist. Very elegant, long finish with a lovely balance of delicate mineral freshness and floral honey.
