Description
Organic still white wine from Spain, produced by Muchada-Leclapart. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of two winemakers who believe in biodynamics and respect for the vineyard. Whole-bunch pressing, static decantation, spontaneous fermentation in used Bordeaux barrels. Aged in used Bordeaux barrels for 11 months with all its yeasts. Bottled in July without filtration. Opaque dark copper color. Aromas of tart, very spicy jam. Fresh and honeyed, with a light hint of orange zest on the finish, yet well-balanced.
