Classic Method Sparkling Rosé, 14% ABV, produced by Nervi Conterno. Blend: Nebbiolo. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Classic Method Rosé from the oldest winery in Gattinara, Piedmont, founded in 1905. Aged 48 months on the lees. On the nose, it presents intense aromas reminiscent of raspberries, wild strawberries, citrus zest, geranium, and bread crust. A bright rosé. Pleasant and consistent on the palate, with a vibrant freshness and a well-balanced savory punch. Good persistence.
